At The Comic Den LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date.

Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and all included materials (e.g., comics must be unread and collectible items unopened).

You must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase for all refund requests.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or damaged merchandise.

Special order items, graded comics, and clearance merchandise are final sale and non-refundable.

If a return does not meet these conditions, The Comic Den LLC reserves the right to deny the refund.
